today officially marks the beginning of Holy Week and the last Sunday of Lent... known as Palm Sunday

about 2000 years ago, Jesus rode on a donkey as he arrived Jerusalem .. crowds holding palm leaves joyfully welcome Jesus.. their saviour and their king

however, on Friday of the same week, millions of ppl will reject Him and will lead Him death on the cross

look at the palm branches which symbolise the emblem.of joy and victory over death that Christ had won for us during His death on the cross.
